A looping projection shows a woman in a one-to-one, life-size scale. She lies on the sofa passively watching an aerobics video, occasionally reaching for the remote to fast-forward. On the opposite side of the projection there is a monitor which shows women in the aerobics class jumping to the rhythm of a sparse and monotone male voice.
