A nature film about a great Finn, the emperor of the republic. A documentary about the artist Matias Keskinen, the sculptor of the giant president Kekkonen statue, which was destroyed in Oulu by the time of president Gorbatshov's visit in Finland 1989. Keskinen (1922–1987) was a sculptor, photographer and a film maker.

Veli Granö is an internationally acclaimed and esteemed Finnish contemporary artists. Granö works with photography, installation and film. He has studied at Pori Art School in 1976–78 and Lahti Institute of Design and Fine Arts in 1983–86. He has worked as a teacher at the Lahti Institute of Design and Fine Arts, Aalto University of Art and Design, and the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts, where he has also worked as a professor in Time and Space Arts in 2011 and 2014. In his art, Granö has often explored the theme of alternative realities. His works have been exhibited widely in solo and group exhibition, biennales and festivals Finland, Europe and USA since 1983.
