Voitto Koskenvaara, an old Finnish inventor, has discovered how to purify everything hazardous in his home. He can clean food, objects and newspapers from additives. His strange device protects him from all unhealthy things like, for example, radiation. His message could be: it is possible to find a solution to any problem, it is still possible to find a peaceful place in the world and, perhaps best, that it is still possible to feel as if you can control your own world.

Veli Granö is an internationally acclaimed and esteemed Finnish contemporary artists. Granö works with photography, installation and film. He has studied at Pori Art School in 1976–78 and Lahti Institute of Design and Fine Arts in 1983–86. He has worked as a teacher at the Lahti Institute of Design and Fine Arts, Aalto University of Art and Design, and the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts, where he has also worked as a professor in Time and Space Arts in 2011 and 2014. In his art, Granö has often explored the theme of alternative realities. His works have been exhibited widely in solo and group exhibition, biennales and festivals Finland, Europe and USA since 1983.
