You Kill Me

Tervaniemi Sari

'You Kill Me' is a love story dressed as a vampire tale. The short film is at the same time both playful and sad. It reports on mental violence inherent in the refusal to communicate. The locations are romantic, like The Smiths’ rock videos from the 1980s. There is no dialogue but the soundtrack has a physical quality, as if it was one of the performers. The style is inspired by film noir but with a sense of humour.
