Alisa Javits
For You is a flow of images which hide a story about a girl who wants to learn skateboarding. The film can be interpreted in different ways, depending on the viewer’s background. It is a film about love, daring, loneliness and the warmth that exists around us even if we were physically alone.

Alisa Javits works in Helsinki with video and installation. She graduated 2013 from Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture. In her work she mixes photographic and filmic working methods. The main theme of the work is the contradiction between the inner and the outer in people.
