Pasteural

Voijola Greta-Mari

The video is a recording of a slide projection, in which a potato peel, pressed into a slide frame, and water react to the heat generated from the projector. The title of the work 'Pasteural' refers to pastoral, idyllic depiction of the Nature, but combines it with the scientific and aesthetic observation.
