Appu Jasu (b.1987) is an artist living in Helsinki working with video, sound, photography and text. In his works fiction, documentary and the absurd meet and exchange ideas about life and society. Jasu’s video works can be found from the collections of Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma and Helsinki Art Museum, and they have been shown e.g. in WNDX, Canada and in doclisboa, Portugal.
