A video installation based on two statues in Helsinki: one of the military commander Mannerheim, the other of two boxers. The work discusses from the Finnish perspective how violence can be learnt from a given culture.

Sebastian Lindberg graduated from the Finnish Academy of Fine Art in Helsinki in 2008 and also studied at the École Nationale supérieure des Beux-Arts in Paris in 2003. Lindberg works primarily with moving image. His works have been seen in solo and group exhibithions in Finland and abroad and broadcasted by Yle (The Finnish broadcasting company). In addition to his artistic work Lindberg has worked as a freelance journalist and written art reviews.
