Unkila Aino, Alastalo Marko

Aino Unkila and Marko Alastalo have been cooperating since 2005. Their multiyear main work is a project called ”Still”, in which they create site-specific performances in abandoned buildings in various European cities and use the video documentations of those performances as material for their media art works.
Marko Alastalo (MA in Music, MA in Theatre and Drama) works in the fields of performance, live art, media art, sound art, music, experimental theatre, and community art. He is interested in the processes of interaction between the individual and the system, and the associated bodily experiences.
