Help us develop AV-arkki’s operations!
We are collecting information to evaluate and develop AV-arkki’s operations. Answering the survey takes about 10 minutes, and most of the questions are multiple-choice.
The cuts to the cultural sector have affected also the funding of AV-arkki’s continued operations. The Ministry of Education and Culture has reduced AV-arkki’s annual grant by 33,000 euros during 2024–2025. In addition, in 2026 we will lose AVEK’s support for international promotion, which has been 30,000 euros in recent years. The reason for the end of AVEK’s support is the halving of AVEK’s funding.
We have worked hard during the autumn to ensure that the funding cuts would have as little impact on AV-arkki’s operations as possible. We are currently awaiting the results of the funding applications submitted in the autumn, and once they are received, we will communicate in more detail how AV-arkki’s operations will progress in 2026. The association’s current financial situation is balanced. We have already adjusted our operations during the previous two years in anticipation of future changes
It is particularly important now that we receive feedback from you on the direction in which artists would like AV-arkki’s operations to be developed.

You can also use the same form to indicate if you are interested in being interviewed in person.
A fee of 70 euros will be paid for participating in the interview.
