Several of AV-arkki artists’ films have been selected for the 45th Uppsala Short Film Festival, taking place from October 19–25, 2026 in Uppsala, Sweden.

Heidi Piiroinen‘s I am a River (featured image), Marja Helander & Liselotte Wajstedt‘s In my Hand and August Joensalo‘s Kaineus (Caeneus) will compete in the International Competition. Erkka Nissinen‘s Monday will be screened in the special programme Kortkort.
