Randomly chosen passers-by at the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport read a play written by the director. The text is paced by the images of the readers' vivid faces, fictional cut-away shots and emphasizing captions forming a viewer friendly comedy. The story unfolds like an onion.

Erkka Nissinen

Born: 1975

Erkka Nissinen gained an MFA degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Helsinki, Finland, in 2001. During the 2011 Rotterdam Art Fair, Nissinen won the acclaimed Illy Prize. In 2013, he was awarded the AVEK Prize for media art. Nissinen represented Finland with Nathaniel Mellors at the 2017 Venice Biennale.
