A re-interpretation of Risto Jarva’s 1972 satirical melodrama that criticized the conduct of the scandal press and probed into the use of power in the media and between the sexes. The remake deals with power structures and the ambiguity of reality. The latter is reflected in the form that blurs the boundaries of fiction and documentation of the filming process. The work probes into the problems of ethicality on personal, professional and societal levels.
