Choreographer Ismo-Pekka Heikinheimo’s dance film, based on the footage of his theatre production. The video depicts the everyday life and fantasies of gay men. ToF combines factual and fictional material and defies the preconceptions concerning both gay and hetero people. The video is constructed from a series of dance performances and kabaree scenes.

Ismo-Pekka Heikinheimo is a Finnish choreographer and performance artist known for his innovative and interdisciplinary choreographies. Heikinheimo is a graduate of London Contemporary Dance School, where he studied between 1985–86 and 1987–89. His work has been presented in fourteen countries from Iceland to Namibia. Heikinheimo is known for artistic bravery in breaking the boundaries of dance in his collaboration with for instance performance and visual arists. He has worked as a teacher of contemporary dance at the Finnish Theatre Academy between 1996 and 2001. He is the artistic director of Ismo Dance.
