Distribution and promotion of Finnish media art

AV-arkki distributes Finnish media art annually to over 20 countries. Newest works in our archive are actively promoted and submitted to domestic and international festivals of media art and experimental moving image.

If your festival or venue would like to receive previews for an upcoming edition, please contact distribution coordinator Mr. Mikko Mällinen as soon as possible. Please notice that we submit works to ca. 150 venues per year. Therefore please give Mikko as much notice as possible, so he has time to prepare a preview compilation especially for your needs.

AV-arkki also rents screening copies and presentation rights of Finnish media art works to festivals, TV-channels, museums and other venues worldwide. If you are interested in a specific artist or work, please contact distribution manager Mr. Vesa Puhakka. Vesa can also guide you through our distribution archive and assist you if you are working a specific theme, technique or subject matter.
