Hannaleena Hauru (b.1983) has graduated from Tampere University of Applied Scienses, School of Art and Media, Finland, in 2007. She was first acknoweded with her graduationd short film “If I Fall”, that was premiered in Festival de Cannes, International Critics’ week and got awarded in Tampere Film Festival, Oberhausen Short Film Festival and in Uppsala Short Film Festival. At the moment she’s making her MA thesis in scriptwriting for the University of Art and design, Helsinki. Earlier she has studied theatre and drama research in Tampere University and worked in the field of theatre, mainly as a producer.
